Each worker run processes at most the batch size below (server default is 20 unless DARAZ_PROMO_QUEUE_BATCH_LIMIT is set). If metrics show e.g. 20 sent and the rest pending, run the worker again or rely on the scheduled runner. Daraz may return API success while Seller Center / buyer app UI updates later; queue rows store darazMessageIds in Firestore when the API returns them for support audit.
